Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is
aneurodevelopmental condition that can affect attention, executive functioning, self-regulation, and daily performance at home, school, work, and in social settings. A comprehensive evaluation can help identify an individual’s own unique strengths, challenges, and needs while distinguishing ADHD from other conditions with similar symptoms. Our team provides thorough, evidence- based evaluations in a compassionate and supportive environment to help individuals and families gain clarity, understanding, and confidence for the future.
Our Process May Include:
- Psychologist to conduct interviews and administer cognitive and executive functioning assessments
- Occupational therapist to administer sensory assessments
- Information may also be gathered from classroom observation and parents, caregivers, and/or teachers
- Referrals to local resources such as county board of developmental disabilities, Ohio school-based educational scholarships, and/or college student services offices
