Our Process
A Clear Path Forward
Phone call with Intake Coordinator to screen concerns and determine goodness of fit (aka, we’re the right fit for you!).
CAT team drafts individualized evaluation plan and Good Faith Estimate for client to review.
Once approved, Intake Coordinator schedules 1-2 in-person testing sessions with CAT team members.
Once testing is completed, Intake Coordinator schedules an in-person or virtual feedback session with the CAT team to discuss testing results, share individualized recommendations, and provide a copy of the report.
Private Pay Testing
We are out of network with insurance companies, and our services are currently private pay only.
Our evaluation services typically range from $1300-$5000 depending on the complexity of the evaluation and whether there is need for a multidisciplinary team approach.
